Case of the shoulder joint
Sleeve joint may be not only affected by the inflammatory process, there are also weakened in some of its parts.
The most frequent occurrence shows a weakness in the front section
The front of the shoulder joint instability (most common in athletes), in which we see the painful implementation * abduction and external rotation.
Rear instability arises primarily in small repeated traumas, but there are also repeated sublimation (e.g. due to other anatomical structures ratios arms - poor developing wells, etc.), lunation fall on the outstretched upper limb or impact to the front of the shoulder (athletes).
It also contributes to the failure of fixation function of the rotator cuff muscles, but also the fact that the back of the case is in it thin.
E.g. u volleyball players, tennis, basketball, baseball, swimmers, etc. (repeated lifting the arms above the head) are continually damaging the soft tissue and micro trauma back of the case.
The pain typically comes after the sport's load, but with normal activities.
Complementing the possibility of instability even lower, at which the pulling leg appears at the top of the shoulder groove (allowing for displacement of the head downwards).
When unsuccessful physiotherapy treatment of the above problems started a series of surgical solutions
L. Involvement of the shoulder joint in athletes in sports, one of the shoulder joint to one of the most loaded.
